Using Californian Sage, Australian wild flowers, and botanicals adorned with blue Kyanite to create our gorgeous smudge stick. 

NEW SIZE IS NOW Approx 15cm in length. Our original smudge was 10cm

Blue Kyanite is an excellent stone for meditation and attunement.  It will not retain negative vibrations or energy, therefore never requiring clearing.  Kyanite aligns all chakras and subtle bodies instantly.  It provides balance of yin-yang energy and dispels blockages, moving energy gently through the physical body.

How to use:

Remove flowers and crystal

Light well and blow out the flame. 

The healing comes with the smoke. 

You might like to put out your intention first, then wave the Smudge Stick around your body or space until you feel it clear.

Extinguish the stick by stamping it out in your bowl ready to use next time.

Care

Keep the smoke load to a minimum.
Keep away from alarms.
Keep moving while smudging at a steady pace.
Best not to stand in one place for a while as the smoke rises and accumulates and could set the alarm off.
Make sure your smudge stick is completely extinguished. You can do this by dabbing the lit end into a small bowl of ash or sand.

Check the end closely to make sure there are no more embers burning. Once it’s completely put out, store it in a safe, dry place out of the sun.
